Heritage Portable Barns & Cabins Warranty Information
All buildings come with a 5 year craftsmanship warranty. 10 year, if set on level gravel or concrete pad. Blocking building over 24″ high voids warranty. All buildings come with Haley paint. Paint has 10 year no fade, 25 year adhesion guartantee. All buildings come with 40 yr metal roof.

Thank you for a very smooth, easy, and hassle free experience, Heritage Barns and Cabins! Marcus was very helpful during the ordering process. We had many questions and changed our minds a couple of times, and he he was very patient with us. The building was built to our specs and delivered in the 2 week time frame that was promised!!! The time frame was a huge factor for us in going with Heritage Barns and Cabins. (Others were 10 weeks plus on delivery.) Leonard delivered our building and set it up on a cold nasty day. He too was patient as we had him “wiggle” the building to line up perfect with the fence row for our critical eye of alignment. He even jacked the building back up so we could change the angle of a block. Both men were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We could not have asked for better customer service!

Never seen such pretty lumber as what's in this shed. The lofts are 2x6 on 16 centers, who does that! They came to my house and helped me select the perfect site. I asked for a turn-key solution and I got one. Even after 4 inches of rain they managed to set it up without any damage to the yard or driveway! Other places claim to have free delivery but only if you do all the site prep and provide the blocks. One place (that will remain anonymous) wanted an extra 500 to level it and I would still have to provide the blocks. They still had the nerve to claim "free delivery and set-up". Lakeside gives you the option to purchase their blocks foir a very reasonable fee, and that's HUGE if you've ever tried to haul around 30 to 40; 30 to 36 pound blocks.
